Seize meaning

Collateral minimizes the risk for lenders. If a borrower defaults on the loan, the lender can seize the collateral and sell it to recoup its losses.

To take as force for something (item) and usually it is have a value. “The police seize the weapon”.

To take possession of by force or at will. If you seize something, you take hold of it quickly, firmly and forcefully.

To take and hold by government authority as force for value item because it is danger or illegal or the licence not renew.

When a group of people seize a place or seize control of it quickly and suddenly. If a government (JPJ, POLICE-RMP, KASTAM, LHDN) or other authorities seize someone’s property, they take it from them, often by force.

The JPJ seize the motorcycle and bring it to office. Your property maybe to be seize by LHDN. Your car will sieze by KASTAM. The drugs was seize by PDRM tomorrow.
